Our Individual Business Line (IBL) Local service is part of a complete voice solution that includes Long Distance, Toll Free, Calling Cards, Conferencing, and Enhanced Voice Services from Rogers all conveniently available on one consolidated invoice. In addition, we offer a special bundled solution for Rogers IBL Local customers who also choose our Business Internet DSL - ADSL Edition service. Whatever your requirements, Rogers has a suite of Local services to satisfy your needs.

Rogers owns and operates an extensive transcontinental network with 14,000 km of geographic connectivity through a 100% digital fiber optic backbone. We own and maintain our own local switching facilities, based on advanced equipment from Lucent Technologies. Our SONET network is fully redundant, with self-healing ability to ensure reliable transmission.

    Profiles Rogers hunt groups and associated features
  • Traffic and Missed Calls Report

    A summary of all Rogers Local, Long Distance and Toll Free missed and completed calls, sorted by business line
  • Detail of Local Lines and Features

    A detailed listing of all line and feature charges for the billing period
  • Record of Local Line and Feature Changes

    Provides customers with an audit trail of all completed changes to Local services during the billing period, by each business line
  • Detail of Support Services

    Provides details of all support services for your Local lines, including installation, repair, directory assistance and billed calls

    Allows customers to view up to a full year of local telecommunications expenditures

    Provides callers with professional greeting and routing options
  • Last Call Return

    Allows you to dial to the last incoming call, so you dont miss business
  • Busy Call Return/Call Again

    Automatically redials a busy number, so you can concentrate on your business
  • Multi-line Hunting

    Provides flexible inbound routing to the first available line in a hunt group
  • Call Display

    Displays the number of the caller, for easy identification
  • Call Display Block

    Prevents your name and number from appearing when you call
  • Restrict Hunting

    Restricts hunting on one line in a hunt group, if called directly
  • Call Forward

    Allows you to redirect calls to another number, with a courtesy call to notify the other number that you are sending calls there
  • Enhanced Call Forward

    Allows you to select different forward to numbers for different calling conditions
  • Fixed Call Forward

    Allows you to permanently forward calls to a specific number, potentially saving long distance charges for customers just out of your local calling area
  • Remote Access to Call Forward

    Allows you to manipulate your Call Forward options from any phone
  • Speed Call

    Allows you to assign a two digit code to dial up to 50 numbers
  • Call Screen

    Plays a pre-recorded announcement to telephone numbers from which you do not wish to receive calls
  • Three Way Calling

    Allows you to conference in with two other lines
  • Call Waiting

    Alerts you to an incoming call when your line is in use
  • Voice Mail (Basic)

    Takes messages for incoming calls, so you never miss a call
  • Voice Mail (Extension Mailbox)

    Allows up to three separate mailboxes on the same business line
  • Transfer Mailbox

    Allows lines in a hunt group to share a single Voice Mailbox
  • Pager/Outcall Notification

    Provides notification to the users pager or another number when new voicemail messages are left at the business number
  • Cut-Through Paging

    Prompts a caller to leave a callback number, which is automatically sent to the subscribers pager number
  • Distinctive Ring

    Allows you to have up to three separate telephone numbers associated with one business line, with distinctive ring tones for each
